Our restaurant offers an unforgettable, intimate culinary experience that combines Italian classics with traditional Venetian flavours. The aromas are inviting and the atmosphere is welcoming and authentic, perfect for a romantic dinner or business lunch.
We carefully select local products and ingredients, updating our menu as the seasons change. Rainbow trout, black figs and saffron are just a few of the ingredients that define the cuisine of Caneva and its surroundings, which we purchase from local farmers to use in our delicious recipes.

Staying true to the traditional cuisine of the Venetian lagoon, we offer our guests multiple raw fish specialities (ceviche, etc.) To ensure we serve only the best products there are, we regularly participate in the auction at the fish market in Chioggia, a city known for its excellent fishing traditions.
Our cellar is ready to host you for wine tastings, paired with local culinary specialities. We believe that a dish tastes its best when paired with the perfect wine. We therefore spend our time researching the best pairings and discovering small producers throughout the Veneto and Friuli Venezia Giulia regions, offering an alternative to more commercial labels.
